The staff were very friendly, better than the other hotels we stayed in. We got to Furama 2 hours before check in and we were happy to lunch around before we could check in but the staff were very proactive. We got a free room upgrade for the wait that we caused. Would absolutely recommend this and I will stay nowhere else in Ubud. The location being 30 minutes from Ubud central was very refreshing with a free shuttle that runs all day we would shuttle in for the day and either get the shuttle back - the last shuttle of the day is 18:30 or we would get our driver to fetch us. The room was beautiful with our private pool. Furama is the best place to stay with beautiful amenities, delicious buffet breakfasts and the best staff. I would 100% recommend Furama.

Lovely relaxing resort with great spa facilities. Staff were really friendly. Food was good and cocktails were good.

Too dirty！！！ Old furniture and equipment: doorknobs, locks, water pipes are worn out! The faucet in the bathroom is broken, the shower head is broken, the hanger is dirty, the plug is dusty, the dust in the room is everywhere, the garden is dirty, the equipment is old and old, the staff is good, the food is not bad, for example: the faucet of Villa No.808 and 704: Oh my god! The water that comes out is gray turbid water...

The room was amazing and we loved the space. the staff were friendly and very helpful. the messages were a fantastic experience too. having the spa rooms partly outside meant it was very relaxing hearing all the day nature around us.

The food. We didn’t opt in for the included breakfast because of the reviews, and we are glad we didn’t. We ordered room service the first night and the pizza seemed like it came out of a frozen cardboard box (lacked flavour, freshness, and was somewhat soggy). The breakfast was also not nice. The fruit also wasn’t that fresh. The baked goods (croissant and danishes) were the only highlight of the foods. Furama is beautiful, it is just a shame that the food is not on par with the rest of the wonderful facilities.

The Lagoon Room was beautiful with private pool and access to main pool with deck for sun bathing and great pool bar. Must get a Lagoon Room if you're staying here. The floating breakfast was a wonderful experience and feels very exotic.
