It was very clean! The bed was very comfortable and the staff were top notch!
We liked that the hotel provided a shuttle service into Ubud out of charge seeing that it is about 30 min out of Ubud! We also liked the surroundings which were kept immaculate!
The breakfast was good but could have been better! The shower could have been updated. We had to asked that the tea/coffee be restocked in the room!

Beautiful location, very helpful and friendly staff, lovely gardens, nice breakfast. The golf buggy rides were a highlight for our family as we have three young kids. The people there are so lovely. The spa massage was lovely. The teddy bears and good night message on the bed were a real highlight for our kids - thank you!
The pools and pool areas are badly in need of maintenance- there are broken tiles and the ladder is falling off the pool wall. This is a safety issue for young children.
