Location.

We received an upgrade but the room was poorly maintained. Bad was terrible, pillows was huge, air conditioner was stuck and very loud, "do not disturb" button wasn't working so the housekeeping team kept just opening the door... Toilet had a faulty button so the water kept going, shower head was old and with very sharp edges so I cut my hands twice. After a shower the entire bathroom was full of water. No ashtrays in the balcony, no soap bar "place" so it was next to the sink getting wet. Breakfast was crazy loud, acoustic was terrible, orange juice was undrinkeble and there was no water to drink. While ordering the room website wasn't very helpful I literally couldn't understand what rooms the hotel has and didn't get a choice to upgrade. Only offered a fruit plate for 75NIS. View was amazing, location is perfect so I guess the rest not important :)

המלון פועל כאילו כל האורחים דתיים. בשבת האוכל שמוגש אינו ברמה ראויה. אין אפילו מכונת קפה אלא מיחם מים להכנת נס קפה... דוכן חיצוני ללא אוכל טרי אלא מותאם לדתיים. ממש מאכזב ולא ראוי.
