Exceptional

Very perfect location at the best beach in Israel. I loved the breakfast and the activities for the kids. The property upkeep is very good and the staff at the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate my family

We didn’t know the dining room closed at 9pm and missed dinner. It was hard to get transportation to a restaurant but the bar near the beach serves a couple of great snacks and excellent drinks. The atmosphere was so fun and relaxed

Disappointing rooms great location

Lovely location right on the beach

The suites were very outdated and in need of maintenance. Our door to the balcony was stuck, the TV didn’t work and the aircon made an awful noise. Everything was fixed within an hour by the site’s maintenance guys.

Perfect except for the overcharging of the VAT.

The breakfast was excellent, the facilities were excellent. The location was excellent. For the most part, the staff were very friendly.

I was charged for VAT TWICE! Once by Booking, and once by the hotel. The Nachsholim hotel claims that Booking is responsible for the double charge, and that I must request a refund from Booking. They have no idea how working with Booking reservations is handled, they almost charged me for the entire stay 3 (THREE) times. This is nerve racking and ruins the vacation, which, other than this, would have been perfect.

Had a fantastic stay. Would have stayed longer if it was made a bit more affordable

Was upgraded to a beach front room. Received a fruit plate and wine.. Loved the proximity to the beach. The outdoor shower in our room. Breakfast was wonderful!

The glass wall separating between the room and the bathroom (the is some funny design trend)

The beach is beautiful!!! Ther room is clean and big but could use a better maintenance

No wifi or receiption !!!! They should have been but the said their was a problem with it....

MISLEADING: The rooms don't look ANYTHING like what they show in the pictures.

I loved the location and quietness of the place, the breakfast was great and the staff was nice.

The hotel room didn't look ANYTHING like the pictures shown in booking, so that was very disappointing. Apart from that, our stay was great. Loved the location and breakfast. Their beach was a bit polluted (garbage scattered here and there) and the staff was nice but not over the top good service. I will stay there again in the future, but knowing that for the price they give you, you are not getting the cool rooms they show on their page (very misleading in my opinion).

Beautiful location needing better clarity in the description of facilities.

Nachsholim is located on a beautiful quite cove. We had stayed there 15 years ago, in their adjacent holiday village, before the hotel was built. Everything would have been fine - lovely room facing the beach, attentive staff, good food - except for the issues noted below. We will return in the future to their holiday village area, located closer to the beach, on the ground level.

Our room was on the 2nd floor without a lift. Though the beach was less than 100 feet away, as advertised, the actual entrance to it entailed a long walk to the Holiday Village because the hotel gate was closed. As a physically challenged 85 year old this was unacceptable. Despite their best efforts, the staff could not find us another room anywhere on the property so we only stayed one night of the three booked. Our room was described as a "terrace suite" on your site. The word "terrace" as well as the photo, led me to assume it was a ground floor room. This lack of an elevator needs more emphasis.
