The hotel lounges and restaurant were very comfortable. Breakfast was very nice but the service on are first morning was very slow.
The bedroom was small, including the bathroom which was cramped with poor access i.e. the bathroom door only partially opened due to the toilet being so close and access in and out of the bath/shower was difficult, if you slipped you would full onto the toilet or sink.
All of the above was disappointing having paid a very high price for two nights..........

Quiet room, very friendly staff and good location.
Parts of hotel not yet refurbished were a little tired. Lack of a lift a problem, but only getting g luggage to and from room.

Great nights sleep due to comfort of bed. Nice breakfast and dinner.
Nothing.

The staff were attentive for the most part and the location was very close to the town and facilities. If you had a sea front room this of course would have given you a nice view.
Whilst the rooms were very clean and well equipped, the bathrooms were very small and in order for you to have a shower you had to navigate the toilet that was situated almost on top of it.
The hotel has no lift so you need to be able to manage two/three flights of stairs
