friendly staffs. we arrived at midnight due to delay of our flight, and 2 staffs still awake to help our check in and move suitcases into our room.

AC is very noisy, and can not control the speed, hard to sleep if you leave it on/ or switch it off ( hot temperature). room is bit of tired- need to be renovated.
one room key was provided per room(you can not leave AC on when you go out), which means when you back hotel, the room is warm and humid.
if you book pool view room, ground floor is preferable. our room just at the corner from elevators. easy to claim in from balcony. we can not open the door of balcony, and no privacy. as pic show..

The breakfast buffets were very good with various options. Offered your typical American breakfast along with fruits, and traditional Thai food. The staff was super friendly and keep your coffee/water filled!
There wasn't too much I didn't like at the resort. I would've liked a more spacious room, but it was traveling solo so it was clean and worked out just fine. It's a little on more expensive that some of the hotels, but you get what you pay for and the location on the beach makes up for it.

Great resort located as close to beautiful Kamala beach as you can get! Rooms were comfortable and pretty, staff helpful and polite and all facilities were spotlessly clean. The area is nice and quiet with lots of colourful local run bars and a very handy 7/11 right across the road.

Stayed in a cottage, which was old and tired looking!!
The aircon was either zero or full blast so quiet and hot or cold and very noisy.
The bathroom was a wet room, shower sprayed over the toilet and whole room!
Bed was so uncomfortable, had to ask for multiple additional mattress toppers.
The cottage was advertised as private and secluded, but it is 1 cottage split into 2 half's with an internal door between the two, so you can hear everything from next door!
So disappointing as it looks as though it luck of the draw if you get a nice room or not (there were some cottages much nicer)
Pool had quite a few broken tiles, again adding to the tired and worn out feel.
Breakfast was okay, lots to choose from but freshness/ way it was cooked could be better.
At the very quiet end of Kamala Beach.

The staff was really great and helpful, The atmosphere was unique at the hotel. The pool was great and the rooms were spotless and tidy. The receptionists were accommodating and helped us to find great trips to go on. The breakfast was excellent and delicious 😋

Location is good, Room is big.Bed is large and comfortable. Didn’t have any food from hotel as everything outside is close by.
There are not enough lounge chairs around the pool. The pool needs more attention with cleaning as was going cloudy. The ladies that do the daily room service are extremely slow, so slow with each room. I think this is done so they clean less rooms each day.

1. This is not beachfront. This is road-and-car-park-front. To get to the beachfront you need to cross the road, the carpark, some market, then cross the bridge and then you get to the beachfront.
2. This is not 5*. Half-broken facilities in the common areas, toilet paper instead of towels in the common-area bathroom, no elevator or accessibility, dirty bed-linens, strangely smelling shower gel, and so on and so forth. welcome to the 2*-3* experience.
3. Overall feeling of some dull 3* hotel rather than those of 5*

Check in war bereits um 10 Uhr früh nach Anfrage möglich. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, es gibt einen Supermarkt vor der Türe sowie eine gute Auswahl an Restaurants und Bars. Der Strand ist auch in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen, für wenig Geld kriegt man dort liegen und drinks - das team dort war überaus freundlich und man hat sich um die Gäste gekümmert und es herrschte stets Ordnung.
Wir hatten einen bungalow. Nachts waren die exotischen Tiere sehr laut und nervtötend.
Man hörte es auch im Schlafzimmer, doch nach ein paar Tagen haben wir uns daran gewohnt.
Jedoch kann die Unterkunft nichts dafür.
Es gibt abends keine Hotelbar, nach 20 Uhr kann man im nahegelegenen Zentrum noch drinks bekommen.

It was close to the beach as I wanted. Lots of nice restaurants nearby.
The room was smelly, very humid and everything had a bad smell. Also, it was so hot that it wasn’t possible to sleep without the AC but it was making such a terrible noise the whole time. I don’t think overall I got the right value for my money. Also, the beach and the sea is not nice at all.

Value for money, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed, good shower pressure. Great little cafe next door and some good local bars and restaurants nearby.
Mosquitos in the rooms, property needs a good fogging. Some aspects were a little dated.

Great location and charming look and feel to the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful too. Our room went out to the pool which was a nice experience. Although the property has been around for sometime, it's generally well maintained - spacious room, comfortable bed, and great AC.

Such a tranquil haven amidst crazy Kamala and Patong. Perfect location to explore the whole island from. Has a beautiful, serene vibe that instantly makes you feel relaxed. We just loved it. Highly recommend for families. We have two boys with us 15 and 16. They both loved it too. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Super friendly and service committed staff made the stay great. Felt at any time welcomed and serviced with a smile. Ambiente of the place let us relax immediately. Great location close to the beach and far enough but not too far from the more lively roads in Kamala.

Very beautiful, close to the beach and restaurants! Many cafes around, 7-11 just next to the hotel for groceries, massage places, attractions. Service is great.

Everything was just perfect! The room was so clean and comfortable. The swimming pool is very nice and comfy. And for last, the staffs, they were so amazing, polite and kind. Everything we ever asked for been done in seconds with a huge smile.

Location amazing , staff friendly and helpful but could be more attentive around pool area in the day . Room was cleaned everyday .
I have to say the facilities and rooms do not reflect a 5 star resort calibre unfortunately , the bed was the worst bed I have ever slept in or not slept in , like concrete so uncomfortable, the rooms need a full renovation, fixtures are old and dated .

The hotel is nice , located on the main street close to bars, restaurants, market 7-eleven but still it is calm and quiet surrounding.
Rooms are big and comfortable. Pool is clean and big .
We received a room upgrade so we were happy to have pool view balcony.
The hotel was nice but I wouldn't give it 5*!! I was disappointed. The name BEACHFRONT and description says it is on the beach/beachfront - but isn't . Beach is on the other side of the street , you need to pass parking , market with street food and small park- rather dirty and cross the bridge , then you are on the beach. On the beach you can buy a chair and umbrella which are dirty and old - all make a very bad impression . The sea and beach is full of engine oil.
The breakfast was good but not like for 5* hotel. Gym room is small and has old and broken facilities , nobody could help to use it- most out of order.

Great location, Kamala is imo way better than Patong (and if you want to party, Patong is nearby). Hotel is great, spacious rooms, nice beds (only bit too small for me, but I'm 2m tall 😉). Airco wasn't accurate (set it at 15°c to get temp around 24, but I'm fine with it). Great pool as well (haven't used much, I like beach)

The staff was very welcoming, the hotel rooms were very clean. They have a bar by the pool and the bar man was very entertaining and welcoming. We always left in the morning and found the place cleaned when we got back, also loved that they had aircon because phukhet was very work so the aircon helped. The rooms are big and spacious.
