It was a lovely quiet location for our family holiday (13, 12, 9) and no issue with early check in. Celia was super helpful and friendly checking in. Uber was easy to get (€6/€7) if you wanted to get to beach or marina for restaurants. Perfect for a family holiday and kids had a great time in the pool. There was no issue with getting extra towels and the kitchen more than had adequate supplies for what you needed to eat at the apartment. Spar was 5 minutes walk away and a larger supermarket was 12 minutes walk away. Air con worked well and blackout blinds were also great to enable a great sleep too.
The togs from the pool all had a red tinge on them which is hard to remove in the wash. I think that is more the terrain of the Algarve so nothing really could be done about this i expect. It didn't stop us from enjoying the fun in the pool either way

Our stay at Prado Vilamoura was absolutely wonderful. We felt very comfortable from the very beginning and thoroughly enjoyed our time here.
The resort is extremely well maintained, very clean and beautifully looked after. We would particularly like to highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff. Everyone was welcoming, attentive and professional, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
We also really liked the location. It is peaceful and relaxing, while at the same time ideally situated for exploring Vilamoura and the surrounding area.
The facilities and equipment were excellent. Not only were the advertised dishwasher and coffee machine perfect for our needs, but there was even a washing machine in the apartment, which was a really pleasant surprise.
The free Wi-Fi was also excellent and reliably available everywhere – both inside the apartment and throughout the outdoor areas, including around the fantastic pool.

Apartment was spacious and cool even without air conditioning
House keeping staff very diligent, reception staff very friendly and helpful but the star was Julia at the cafe!! So kind and friendly to us and my autistic teen! Lovely pool.
Was difficult to shower over bath with shower curtain and not to drown the whole bathroom with water- perhaps shower panels would work better on side of bath? It’s a little far from villamoura and so had to rely on uber which isn’t expensive though.
