The location and the food
The hotel was clean but it would need upgrades in some areas doors to bedrooms have a key lock which was very difficult to open, I have bad arthritis in hands and now this week they are very painful from trying to open the door.

Conveniently located in the main diamond of Donegal town and close to everything! Although we didn't try it, there is a restaraunt on site and they allow access to the pool at their sister hotel's facility.
I didn't like that there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel which is the only bus stop in the square so at all hours of the day there are hoards of people lined up outside or loitering in the door ways making it near impossible to get in our out of the building and it also makes it feel a little unsafe. Additionally, the beds are awful, we were there for two nights and could not sleep because of how uncomfortable they were.
