Friendly staff, comfortable beds, nice foyer. Easy parking. Good location.
There was no hot water in the room, and I did not discover this until very late at night, at which stage, there was nobody on the front desk .
Breakfast finishing at 10:30/10:45 on a Sunday seems a little early.
