Ideal place to stay in Tuam. Very comfortable, clean and friendly. Couldn't find fault with anything. Lovely breakfast, great staff. It was the perfect base for us and we will return for future trips. Very happy 😊

The breakfast was lovely, it was a shame the staff didn't great us as we sat down and we had to find staff to get Coffee and toast. But don't let that detract you from the quality of the cooking.
The Staff in the bar where more interested in chatting and appearing to do nothing than serve guests, however there was a funeral taking place at the time, again just a minor hiccup.

The staff throughout the hotel were so nice and friendly. The carvery lunch was beautiful. Beds were comfy and pillows too.
The rooms really need updating, paint chipped off walls, stains on curtains and carpets. Wooden decor needing a repaint. Bathroom was renovated and nice but the side on the bath looked like a quick piece of something screwed onto it. Two Empty coffee sachets in the room🫣 . Dust on lamp shades. Sockets broken and none beside bed. The carpet in lift is filthy. Breakfast was cold and not a great selection I wouldn’t pay extra to have breakfast I would go to the town for decent food. Better signage on first floor to lift and stairs.
