Staff is super friendly. Location is ok as long as you view towards the water. If you turn around and look towards the hotel you will see massive hotel complexes all over
elevators are pretty noisy - specially at night. Do not book "inclusive breakfast". Breakfast can take up to 35 minutes to be served ( sometimes cold ). All menu items are not necessary available every day. The hotel pool is very warm and dirty. There are no outdoor showers to get rid of beach sand. We had a room on the 10th floor right underneath the rooftop bar. Big mistake. During 2 of our 3 night stay the bar was open very late with tons of people using the elevator until 11:30PM. Then the staff kicked in and dragged the furniture around. Had to call reception since the noise level was absurd. a too expensive hotel for all these problems in our eyes.
