Reception was so friendly - the employee (she) with braids and glasses was a pearl. I didn’t note her name.
Restaurant is not very tasty but very friendly
Reception breakfast and restaurant/bar was Toddler friendly - they have books toys just perfect it was so so so helpful
They were so kind towards my toddler
Even breakfast had toddler friendly cups and plates
The address is wrong on google or it is for cars - it brings you to the parking slot. So then you have to get up the stairs but there are homeless People so you don’t think you should take that stairs. I had to call them and they directed me to the escalator. Which was broken next day and the elevator only works if you are registered. Better instructions would be helpful for people who don’t arrive with a car.

is my second time with them, and i found it very similar to my first experience
-it is both close to the city center & the beach
-proximity to the mall & shops
-the staff is friendly and the try to accomodate you as best as possible
-breakfast is generous and french cuisine orientated (so mostly sweet)
-would be nice to have a fridge bar in the room
it would be nice to check out later or at least to have the option

The staff is great, the breakfasts are excellent, and the air conditioning worked. There was running water, and the underground parking was great. They sell drinks at the reception, and water is available in the hallways. The hotel isn't bad, it’s not at fault, but the town is bad.
I’ve driven across almost all of France, but I just don’t get Toulon. The hotel itself isn’t bad—the staff are amazing and friendly, and the breakfasts were great—but Toulon is an ugly, dirty city; there are homeless people everywhere, trash is strewn all over, and there’s a terrible stench everywhere you go. Once you drive out of the city, it’s a completely different story. Visiting this city was a huge mistake on my part. The Bastille Day celebrations I went to Toulon for were embarrassing.
