Perfect welcoming staff, very central area, all the services very close
The room was really too small unfortunately and the parking spot is not really a reserved parking, it’s a street parking and you have to be lucky to find a spot for your car

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was convenient for exploring Rouen. Overall, everything was well organized and we felt comfortable throughout our stay.
The room was a bit smaller than expected, especially if you are staying with luggage. The breakfast was good, but we felt it could offer a little more variety.

The hotel is on a quiet street (apart from the start and end of the school day - school is opposite the hotel) but close to lots of local shops and restaurants and good metro and bus connections. We liked our room with a window seat overlooking the street. Most hotel rooms in Paris are small but this was fine for a 3 night stay
A kettle in the room so I don't have to come down to reception for hot water for my morning herbal tea!

The location is good since the metro station is nearby
The room is really too small. I stayed 2 nights so at the end was ok but there is literally no space to move. The wardrobe is absent, the heating make noises, the sink of the bathroom is so small that my hands can barely fit completely, so the water was all'over the bathroom.
