The folks in the community were friendly and accommodating. Don’t miss the stunning sunrise and sunsets.

Excellent! loved the beach and views of the Mediterranean.

Poor Wifi.

Listed as a 3 star hotel but more like a 2 star hotel. Poor value for the high cost.

The locale was excellent. The terrace was lovely. The room comes with a little balcony which is nice.

The property is really overpriced given its overall appearance. It’s an aging property from the late 1960-1970’s( I suspect) . old stucco, brown paint makes the property dark and dingy. The lobby and area have a old sea smell. The pool is ok but nothing special. The staff were indifferent to the fact that there was no internet service for the week we were there. The room wasn’t cleaned very well either.

we came for five days of holiday with our grown children, although the location was great, unfortunately the shortcoming

the staff were attentive and professional, the beds were comfortable and the AC worked super well, the outdoor pool was excellent.

the wifi was very unreliable, the hotel was not super well maintained, chipped paint, stained carpets, and broken doors, the sauna was lukewarm, the massage rooms were tiny and sterile and lacked any kind of ambiance or style, the restaurant staff were nice but it was very expensive for what is was.

Top location, right at the beach. Very nice terrace for drinks. Pool bag.

One or two charger stations for EV would be a plus.

very relaxing spa resort with easy walking to beach and village.

beautiful view on the rooftop terrace where meals were served. pools and beach were very nice! beds were very comfortable

it seemed a bit like a ghost resort. probably lots more people there before Covid. glad they have kept going

The location is excellent. The hotel is comfortable and clean. It is perfect for a relaxing time.

Pools timetable. From 10 to 7. You miss the best time of the day! The staff at reception were not able to recommend anything in terms of places to see and visit. They simply told us to go to the Tourist office... Pity.

Would be a lovely place to stay but the sewage smell dismissed by the staff spoilt the experience.

in a great location by the sea, close to town centre. Restaurant food and service very nice.

A terrible sewage smell throughout the property which we complained about to reception and was dismissed as a smell from mud treatments within the spa.

Very good

Swimming pool, sauna, free classes of aqua gym and yoga, very good location just in front of the beach and close to city centre, spacious room with terrace.

Breakfast not worth its price, buffet often half empty, staff not very professional (probably tired). Toiletries in the room very basic for such a hotel.

The staff was able to help with many requests, an overall great service. Lovely terrace, great breakfast!

Too many doors to get through the corridors. Guests were sometimes slapping these doors walking through the corridors in the middle of the night. I booked the hotel shuttle, the driver was waiting at the back entry of the train station without notice. I had to walk around the station, look for him and call the hotel to find him. A note from the hotel via email or call would have been helpful.

Good proximity to the beach, the restaurants. It was peaceful.

The shower didn't work, the bath was really difficult to get into and the room was miles from the reception; 6 fire doors to pass through to go anywhere.

Great stopover in Saintes Maries de la Mer, and perfect location to explore the town.

Location was perfect as easy to walk into town along the promenade. Stunning views. Beautiful panoramic bar/restaurant. Nice outdoor pool, although a little chilly. All rooms face the sea although ours was set back in the gardens, but nice to be able to walk out and through the gates without accessing through the hotel. The spa looked great. I plan to return to take advantage of this. Very good for a 3*
