I really didn’t understand why people gave that low score to this hotel because almost everything was perfect. The staff was incredible. They were so kind. The location was so good, the cleanliness was also good
We faced a problem about an alarm. Because someone was smoking at 06.40 and 9.30 in the morning. It’s not okay. But It’s not hotel’s fault ofc. Also a little minus about an elevator. There was no:) But it was okay

Value for money. It was a last minute booking. There was no daily cleaning and only 2 towels provided for 3 days. Table fan was not working which got replaced after 1 day. So I. Can say it was not good or bad, it was ok
