Kim the front desk clerk was helpful and kind.
Bed was very comfortable.
Door closed between bedroom and living room so perfect for our party of 3.
Close to public transit.
Safe neighborhood.
Our allergies were awful and when we looked under the bed before we left (to make sure we didn’t drop something ) we saw the culprit- a sea of dust bunnies.
The shower was a HIGH step up and head didn’t stay still so it’d spray water onto the slippery floor. Could use a full length shower curtain.

I liked the hotel because it was fairly good for the price. It was very clean overall — especially the bathroom, toilet, and the bed (except for the floor). The lady and gentleman working at the reception were very friendly and truly did their best to be helpful and provide great service. I would choose this hotel again for my stay.
Some basic amenities were missing, such as slippers. The floors were extremely dusty and dirty; our feet and socks became very dirty and covered in lint. There was no telephone in the room to contact the reception, and they did not provide disposable toothbrushes. Considering the hotel’s name and price, this was quite surprising. When we mentioned these issues to the reception, they said they had informed the manager many times before, but no changes had been made.

Just a normal European standard hotel. Nothing special abt it.
Noise from other rooms. Even tiptoeing from other rooms could be heard, not speaking about other doorclosing noises. No room slippers.
