I stay at this hotel quite often. Mainly for business purposes. I don't spend too much time in it. Only overnight. For me it is conveniently located with a good breakfast. Rooms comfortable enough. Staff always polite. Oh and there is free parking.
I go there often enough to accept the hotel. I don't have any negative comments.

The hotel is decent and service nice. The room was small but clean. Breakfast ok. The hotel in general is ok for a one night stay, but not longer. A good and cheap China restaurant across the street.
It is not really a place for a family stay. At least when we were there there were a lot of men staying there, all the time drinking and smoking (there is even a smoking room inside the hotel, which makes the smell in the air affected). No facilities that kids could use - no playground or play corner or simply green area around the hotel that we could use.
