Ideal für einen Tripp nach Berlin

Das Zimmer ist gut und komfortable. Das Frühstück gut und reichhaltig. Es wurde immer wieder aufgefüllt. Sehr gut. Die Lage ist für eine Städtereise nach Berlin ideal. Die S-Bahn ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Leider fehlt ein Aufzug. Wenn man viel Gepäck hat, ist es sehr mühevoll.

Gute Lage im Nordosten Berlins

Geräumige helle Zimmer z.T. mit Balkon, großes Frühstücksbuffet, kostenloser Parkplatz am Haus. Discounter, asiatisches Restaurant, Bistro und Tankstelle gleich nebenan, Einkaufszentrum nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

Bei Westwind permanentes Verkehrsgeräusch der naheliegenden Autobahn.

Good hotel in Bernau city center, close enough to Berlin for normal money.

I stay at this hotel quite often. Mainly for business purposes. I don't spend too much time in it. Only overnight. For me it is conveniently located with a good breakfast. Rooms comfortable enough. Staff always polite. Oh and there is free parking.

I go there often enough to accept the hotel. I don't have any negative comments.

a stop over to visit Berlin. 10/10 . the hotel met our requirements in every way. Tops

it was clean and comfortable.. breakfast was very good,. staff were helpful if you are looking for somewhere close to Berlin, accessible by train, S2, it is the tops.

I liked it. Very good customer service

The reason this property didn't get 10/10 is because of the cigarette smell everywhere inside. The tall man who repair things there or overseas repair seem to be a chain smoker. He sits in the little area near the dining area and smokes so he stinks and the whole hallways stinks because the smoke seeps thru. Smokers shouldn't be allowed to smoke anywhere inside or near doors or windows for it good into your room and you stay sneezing and coughing. For me, its suffocating. One female guest was extremely loud with her apparent one night stand. Talking in the hallways after 10pm can be very loud because the walls are thin but the staff are willing to help. This events were distracting while i work or sleep but I pushed thru. The staff were amazing. Very good breakfast. Ladies in dining are very attentive and organised. However, the second hand smoke puts the guests at a very unhealthy risk.

The smoke coming thru the windows, in the hallways as you enter the building. Its awefully suffocating.

A decent place for a Berlin trip on a lower budget.

This must be the first hotel I stayed in where the filling of duvets and pillows was made of natural materials and not plastic (i.e., polyester) - that was really nice. Also, the room was large, and the balcony a nice bonus.

The wifi is virtually nonexistent, it only pretends to work. The breakfast was nothing to write home about, except on those days (plural) when the fruit on offer was actually rotten.

Good "old German" service at its best quality, location probably not their best selling point but easily reachable by car that well suited to me

Direct exit to the parking area was through smoking room - and that wasn't very pleasant to go through that room
