Maritim Hotel Königswinter

Pool is nice, room was sufficient, overall a nice stay when passing though Germany. Location is great.

Parking, 20 euros, bathrobe 5 euro, sauna 5 euro, just include the 5 euro items in the room prices and be done with it. Restaurant was undergoing maintenance and now we had to use the buffet style restaurant with 3 set main courses. Our entire stay was based on the fact that we could have a night out and a peaceful dinner with our baby upstairs in bed, now we had to do a buffet, not really our style. With a room price of almost 180 Euro I'd expect more from the usually good Maritim Hotel.

Location of the hotel is super fantastic accessible through Ferry, Tram and Bus. Breakfast was also good with limited option for vegetarians.

Room cleaning was delayed bit and while cleaning, staff was never keeping/ replacing coffee and tea kit everyday in the room. Water is chargeable.

Very nice hotel, great staff and restaurant, wide choice for breakfast, located next to the Rhine, which was wonderful.

One reason to opt for the hotel was the swimming pool. The pictures make it look bigger than it was (10m).

Location , Confort

No drinking water in Rooms - had to purchase water for 2 Euros after paying 140 Euros for the room ! totally not acceptable No cofffee or Tea facilities, only a kettle !!...even a 80Euro hotel provides coffee. Basic expectation. i dont know how much hotel saves by not providing 1 Euro sachets of a coffee !!!
