Without exaggerations, probably one of the most atmospheric and unique places I had an opportunity to stay at - more than a 6 century long history mixed with all the modern conveniences, with aesthetically pleasing interior and a picturesque view out of the window. As a person who came to a medieval music-inspired concert, I could not dream of a better place to stay
Slightly disappointed - the logo implied I would have been woken up by a large black cat yelling at me, but there was no cat

The location in central Kufstein is great - 2min walk to the centre with bars & restaurants.
The rooms are all different, with nice themes, and are of a good size & quality. The room was very clean.
No aircon - so was a bit warm in July!
The parking is limited at the hotel, but there is ample good under-cover parking <5min walk away.
The street that the hotel is on is quite busy until late, if you want real quiet - I'd request a room on the river side.

Everything! The location was perfect and the hotel was a wonderful blend of historic ambiance and modern amenities. The reception staff was friendly and really helpful. Also, we were greeted at the reception by the very loving Saco - the cutest dog ever who took his responsibilities very seriously. We had a delicious dinner at the attached restaurant, and enjoyed a great breakfast with lots of variety.

Useful location and a quirky Hotel, which extends under the street and in to a wine bar.
The check-in could have been better, and not all staff were particularly attentive. Some were great; others disinterested. There was a lot of night noise from people in the street and on the river bridge - which seems to be a party place some evenings.
