Clean comfy fair price. Nearly everything is great.
The only minor problem is a weak hair dryer.

24h/day reception, easy communication
There is no tram line close to hotel, so at night it's not so easy to come there from centre - google suggests to go by tram and then by bus, butthis bus is not active, so you must walk a bit. There was no kettle in the room, but you can ask on the reception for hot water, so it's not a big problem.

Everything was as expected. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Room was quite small..but with only 1 night and 1 person, it's fine.

+ good breakfast for the price
+ cleanness
- paid for parking (5eur), but it was packed in the evening
- budget feeling, low ergonomy
- to our option not enough light in bathroom
- location if you visit city for a day/two by car. Next time I would book a hotel in city center and just leave car in long-term parking there
- view from the window to some printed banner
