Parking - the hotel is in the centre of the city and doesn't have enough space for all the guests- but it is understandable since it is an old European city where there is always problem with parking...

Awesome staff that spoke perfect English and made sure we were comfortable with every interaction, very clean and neat overall, comfortable bed, good ventilation and heating system, very good location next to literally everything. Nice parking nearby with clear instructions on how to get there and how to use. Very good buffet breakfast and a nice vibe to the hotel.
Minor things that should be taken with a subjective grain of salt, but I will list them. Breakfast hours during the weekend were a bit short. Table in room was not adequate for laptop use. Only one chair was available in our room.

Breakfast was great.
The shower was a bad experience. It was almost impossible to balance the temperature between burning hot and freezing. And just when you have got it almost acceptable your hand or body touches/knocks the very sensitive protruding taps and changes the setting causing you to jump out quick. The taps are new and very nice looking but it is almost pre1970s technology. They need a plumber to sort it out.
