The staff are nice, the location is also very good. I recommend going to Gelé (ice cream shop) which is a roughly 8 min walk. Nearby is Pizzeria 3 fratelli which was very nice and had very good service. It is on the way to the Milan Centrale station. The room itself is fine to sleep in. There is a carrefour right by which is good for getting things like snacks.
I would say that the pillows are a bit firm, the TV is positioned really high, I didn't use it because I didn't want to strain my neck.

The bed was really comfy
There was no balcony, as described in the booking app, the neighbours next door seemed to be having a lot of fun, and the television only offered less than five channels with acceptable picture and sound quality. Unfortunately, I don't speak Italian...
