Family run great place where I had a moment just for myself. I am happy I booked it. I liked the smell, the towels and breakfast. Stuff was great
Well I missed English a bit :) it was a bit hard for me, but this place is not for tourists.

This hotel has everything to just enjoy yourself. The owner family is lovely, they are taking care of things at the property, and it makes the most difference. We loved it. Great for family vacation, I believe for anybody.
The thermal water in the pool ( plus the small hydro hot pool ) is the reason why I picked it and was right to do so. Also, there are insane views from terraces all around the hotel, it is spotless clean, and the price is extra good for the value it offers.

The warm pool was definitely a plus! The staff was very attentive and Kind.
Location is not perfect but ok if you are on a budget, you can take the bus to Casamicciola and Ischia Porto, both very close. Buses are not the best in Ischia but in the case of the hotel there are plenty that run by.
Breakfast is good but staff gives you the things you choose which can be a bit awkward if you want to have more than one cornetto or slice of cake. I asked for 2 cornetti and I was told it was one per person. however good quality and good variety. Beautiful view with the sea and Vesuvius.
it was quite cold at night and the room didnāt have an extra blanket. we called reception but it was late and we didnāt get an answer at that moment, even though staff were really nice. The blanket on the bed seemed a bit dirty/dusty.
We didnāt have hot water on our second day but we thought it was momentary, when we tried to shower on the third day, we phoned reception to let them know and they solved it right away.
