Niet heel erg tevreden

Het ontbijt was goed en lokatie vlakbij zee erg mooi.

Wifi slecht, vooral erg gehorig. Lagen lang wakker van gebonk van de ijzeren stapelbedden tegen de muren van andere kamers. Maar ook geluid van omliggende gelegenheden kwamen binnen. Erg veel bijkomende kosten als je aan het strand wilde liggen of gebruik maken van het zwembad.

Hotel davvero molto pulito, in ordine , impeccabile . Staff sempre gentile ,sorridente e disponibile. Possibilità inclusa nel prezzo di tornare in sala colazione per usufruire del brunch fino alle 12.30 ( che poi alla fine è un pranzo a tutti gli effetti)

Doing fantastic in the beautiful Misano, we visited about 6 years back to the motogp race, sadly never stayed locally this being the main reason for coming back again. We travelled from Rome where we stayed in the Sheraton hotel…..I must tell you their service and presentation is nowhere near as impressive as yours….congratulations on what you are doing here, perfecto and I have stayed in many hotels over the years travelling for work. Also, If ever I own a hotel I want somebody like Fatima on my front desk, her presentation, her infectious smile and laugh, and the manner in which she dealt with my wife and I was exemplary, making us feel right at home. Keep doing what your doing you are running a fantastic business. Gratefully yours Rory and Tanya kenny

Good, but not worth the money

It was very clean and has a great location

The breakfast part of the brunch was good, the lunch part was a good, but on the simple side. The price was too high for what it was. Especially when we found out that the beach seats were not included, nor the pool that was advertised.

Wonderful service location highly recommended.

Nice and clean wonderful staff and manager. Helped us upgrade. Nice view and great breakfeast options. Close to al necessities. The receptionist Fatima Xara is the most helpful person in the whole of Europe.

No ice machine in the whole hotel. Fridge in rooms have no ice compartment. Aircon ducting sometimes made noises but not a big issue.

If you fix the economy rooms and change at least the pillows, it would be a great hotel

Great staff!!! Close to the sea. Delicious food!!!

We stayed in an economy room because the others were occupied. There is very little space, there is nowhere to put a suitcase. Only a thin person can fit in the shower. Mattresses and pillows are not suitable for rest, very very hard. The photo of this category does not correspond to reality. The air conditioner is old and does not work well. Very poor noise insulation.

Avoid this hotel. Stinky bathroom.

Breakfast was ok but always the same.

Avoid this hotel!!! We have booked one room with 3 beds and got room with only 2 beds!? They told us with a smile "but we gave your room to another customer, we have no other room with 3 beds" like its totally normal. They told us that we are getting better room, "economy" instead of "budget". We have took a look at both rooms and there is no different between them. After complaining we got our 3-beds room but 3 days later! New room was bigger and better except one detail: bathroom was stinking on canalization! So if we forget to close a door from bathroom the whole room was stinking. We didn't complain any more since we already lose a plenty time of our holiday. They don't have their own pool or beach or parking. It is all shared with other hotels. Internet is very unstable. It is just not acceptable for room to stink. Avoid this hotel!!!

An excellent and cultural stay, in a nice well located hotel.

The location by the beach was very nice. Nearby restaurants and live music next door. Even with the loud music (no Problem here) but in our room was very quiet. Excellent location for the Race Track, the moto GP was are main reason for choosing this location. We where able to visit Tavullia, the home town of Moto GP Racer Valentino Rossi. We only had the one breakfast due to our racing schedule, but the breakfast we had was excellent, the staff where all very smart, polite and helpful - very nice.

The only slight downside was that we had to travel from Bologna airport to Rimini, then on to Misano. But the travel infrastructure across these locations was very good. A flight in to Rimini would have made a major difference, but no connection with Great Briton on our chosen dates. For the room, we really wanted tea and coffee making facilities, perhaps next time I will request it in the "Special Requests", text box if one is present

lovely location right on the waterfront, room clean and tidy staff very friendly very good breakfast

beds were a little hard so not very comfortable no parking onsite had to park up the road but was easy walk. Hairdryer not good
