El emplazamiento

Se notan viejas las instalaciones en general, y el personal me cobró un importe a la entrada y el dia del checkout, nos cobraron otro montante aparte, algo muy extraño. la reserva era por booking no directamente en el hotel, no se si tendría que ver

Hotel céntrico pero no es un 4 estrellas. Le falta calidad y limpieza.

Lo mejor la ubicación. Está en en el centro histórico. El personal muy amable.

La primera impresión fue mala. Olor a cañería en el hall y mucho ruido de una fiesta que se estaba celebrando. En el baño había algún bichito y tras la primera noche, cuando volvimos a mediodía (15:30) todavía estaba sin hacer la habitación por lo que tuvimos que esperar para entrar.

Hotel in the center

Comfortable beds and friendly staff. Located in the center to within walking distance to all shops, restaurants and the Leon Cathedral at only 5mins walk.

Very outdated. The carpet in the hallway is so threadbare it’s no longer red but white and the furniture is old. The bathroom wasn’t so clean (hair on the floor, black mould in the grouting). The whole hotel could do with a full revamp considering the location s d the amount it costs

Excelente e inmejorable

Excelente, de 10 absolutamente todo. Volveré sin duda. En el centro, el confort, las instalaciones,la limpieza, el bufete del desayuno, el personal, no faltaba un detalle, una gran amabilidad por parte del personal, todo excelente !!! El mejor hotel de León sin lugar a dudas. Gracias por hacernos sentirnos como en casa ♥️

We loved it here, do highly recommend to all and would easy one back to Conde Luna hotel.

We were upgraded complimentary, very helpful reception staff, spacious room, very quiet , delicious breakfast, love location.

El hotel era muy antiguo, la cama incómoda, colchón viejo y sin protector de colchón, y no parecía un Barceló.

Amazing introduction to Spain trip!

The breakfast was the highlight of our stay. There was lots of selection for fruit, pastries, and vegetables prepared in unique ways. The location and staff were also amazing and many understood English.

Beautiful huge room in centre of town, staff were very friendly.

parking garage was full and couldn’t be Pre booked, room was dated and in need of redecoration, and some detailing. we were upgraded on checkin which was great, so comments about the state of the room are a delicate balance.

The cooling in the room was not possible; we needed to keep curtains closed during the day and cooling in the evening by opening the balcony door.

Great Staff, poor accommodation.

The staff was very friendly and helpful; the only reason to repeat would be the staff, unfortunately, the rest of the hotel was not up to the task and we will not be staying again at this hotel.

The rooms were old, the furniture was wasted by years of use, the heat system was poorly working and we could hear the noise coming for the hall and the other rooms of the floor. We even saw some pigeons get on the ceiling of the bathroom, they must have found a hole above the window to get inside, that indicates poor maintenance because it was easy to spot.
