The resort staff at reception where very helpful and the room facilities and shower where excellent very spacious WC and plenty of water pressure.
Parking was an issue, the breakfast quality can be improved and provide a wider selection of food. Access from the road to the hotel foyer for large luggage would be improved with more ramps. Pool times should be considered to be extended possibly to 9pm.

Staff were not well trained. Hotel is a bit run down and very basic. Breakfast was very basic. Staff were not very helpful at all and not trained well. All in all disappointing
