I have got a much smaller - kind of hard to turn around - room for the same price vs others from my group.

The location.
My stay was very disappointing.
When we arrived late around 22:00 the staff were rude.
We stayed for four nights, but our room was cleaned only once during our entire stay. We had the same bed sheets, towels, and even the same two coffee cups for all four days.
The bathroom was also poorly equipped and did not include basic amenities such as shower caps, shoe shine, or other essential toiletries.
The outdoor area just outside our room was neglected, with dried grass and an untidy appearance, which made the overall environment look poorly maintained.
Overall, the service and cleanliness did not meet our expectations, and I would not recommend staying here.
