Location worked well for my work visit. Parking.
Found the room cold, heating air con didnt seem to heat the room properly. Toilet sticking when flushed.. ie not turning the flush off.

The hotel was clean and perfect for one night away, we were all using ifly.
We had rain and wind, which I don’t mind as I use a rain app to help me sleep, however the wind hitting the hotel caused a lot of noise above the room throughout the night. Sounded like loose boards in the roof.

Breakfast was very good, lots of choices and good quality. Room was good, beds a little too soft for our liking though. We didn’t use the facilities as we had just a one night stay but will be staying again hopefully so will definitely make use of them, both gym and pool looked inviting. The bar meal was also very good.

Great breakfast and good facilities.
Our first room smelled really bad of sewage, apparently the maintenance guy couldn’t smell anything. We did get moved to a much nicer room though once we complained. I wasn’t allowed a head massage as I was pregnant which was a little frustrating, the spa facilities weren’t really a ‘spa’ as such and more just a pool.

"Ample parking, great facilities although couldn't use them due to time constraints. People very helpful sorting out an item I left behind."
