Good central location. Comfy bed. Somewhere to sit - other than the bed! Warm. Could open windows. Quiet at night - no pub noise (we were on the top floor.)
Car park full of diners, so not always able to park on return. Lots of stairs! (But did appreciate the views and quietness from the top floor, so not really an issue )

Very friendly and helpful staff especially the lady with the spikey hair who was behind the
bar on Saturday night
Also food and drink excellent
Nothing although decor is a bit tired

Staff were super friendly. Hotel was great. Nice and quiet room.
Dinner was great, although the veggie pie had sold out. Lovely dining room.
Location was great, right in the centre of town.
Parking was a little tight. The room was a little too hot.

Location. Food and staff.
Rooms are tired and old fashioned. Whole place could do with a lick of paint. Parking hit and miss.
