Good welcome on arrival. Great location. Large clean bedroom with balcony overlooking the Mediterranean (ask for a superior room on third or fourth floor). Quiet at night. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast simple but fresh and tasty. Close to Menton and Plage du Buse. Make sure to walk the coastal path

Room was large and clean. Oversized bathrooms. Great deck with wonderful views. The bedding was absolutely amazing!

Good location for cap Martin and the beach. The staff were friendly.
Not clean enough, the rooms were not facing inner court it was actual very busy motorway and extremely noisy.
