Beautiful location, the facilities were excellent and the room very comfortable. The food and service was out of this world. The staff could not do enough for you and seemed genuinely happy to be working there. It’s the only hotel stay I have ever had where I felt emotional on leaving!
They were having construction work done but even that did not dampen our experience. There was nothing we didn’t like about the hotel.

Très bel hôtel, à la fois élégant et très esthétique. Tout était vraiment parfait durant notre séjour. La chambre était confortable, bien équipée et disposait de tout le nécessaire, notamment des produits de toilette et une machine à café. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions déposées chaque soir dans la chambre.
Le petit-déjeuner était excellent et très varié. Le repas du soir était également de grande qualité, avec un buffet diversifié et des plats préparés avec beaucoup de goût. Le goûter proposé par l’hôtel était également très sympathique.
La piscine d’eau salée est particulièrement agréable et constitue un vrai plus pour se détendre. Température au top.
Un grand merci à toute l’équipe, qui a été aux petits soins durant tout notre séjour. Le personnel fait également de vrais efforts pour parler français, ce qui est très appréciable. Nous avons beaucoup aimé les activités proposées par l’hôtel, notamment les randonnées, très bien choisies. Une mention spéciale à Roberto, notre guide, pour sa gentillesse et la qualité de ses accompagnements.
Enfin, la proximité du téléphérique de Daolasa est idéale pour accéder facilement à de nombreuses activités sportives.
Une très belle expérience que nous recommandons sans hésiter. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour ce magnifique séjour !
