Location, Friendly personnel, room size, decent breakfast, proximity to downtown and 'national road'. Good size bed and room. Filter coffee better than many other Greek hotels we have been.
Very hard mattresses, hotel is outdated! Very small shower cabin, mildew in the shower tile grout! Outdated shower mixer tap/needs replacement! No weather stripping/foam seal strips on the room door frames, when it is windy doors make a rattling noise. It sounds like someone walks around slamming the doors! No need to have the electric kettle and cups in room when u don't offer a some complimentary bags instant coffee or tea, like others do!

It's in a quiet area, but walking distance to the beaches, town centre and main bus station. All of the staff were wonderful. Nice breakfast and lovely outside bar area also pleasant rooftop terrace. Many people come here regularly, this was my second stay here and I will be coming again.
