Amazing pool, staff were lovely, ideal location, great room, 10/10
Everything was great, only thing i could suggest to add would be a do not disturb sign in the room.

Really great value for money. The pool area was amazing and there were always lots of free sunbeds. The staff were so friendly and always there to help. Really good breakfast with a wide variety. Everything was so clean and the resident cats were a bonus :)

Where do I start! We've stayed at the suite with private pool and how stunning it was! The check in was nice and smooth. The suite was very modern and clean. The pool was perfect and the breakfast was also very nice. We were asked on a few occasions if we were happy and if we needed anything. The whole stay was just perfect. We've been treated with so much kindness. We can't wait to be back. PS. You must try their Aperol :)

Nice pool, enough loungers etc and not too busy. Situated in an area away from the busy strip and although it's near a busy road, it's set back just enough to be mostly shielded from the noise. Breakfast pastries were nice (but that's about it!)
Our rooms were in desperate need of renovation. The bed slats were all loose and very creaky. The ancient 21" TV was laughably small and hung so high on the wall that the colour shift due to viewing angle made it almost unwatchable. A bright LED light from the bizarrely positioned emergency light constantly illuminated the room - especially at night. Only 2 available sockets in the bedroom were unhelpfully positioned. The shower area was tiny! 60cm X 60cm with a mixer tap that was impossible to avoid knocking, plumbed incorrectly (hot was cold and cold, hot), a useless shower curtain and a shower shelf hanging off the wall. The toilet flush was feeble. The kitchen had almost zero equipment so forget about cooking anything. A small, random selection of cutlery and crockery and a fridge freezer that appears to have never been defrosted. We defrosted it ourselves on the first night just so that we could actually use the freezer compartment to make ice.
I believe some of the apartments have been renovated and the experience guests staying in those would have been better ...but for us in the old rooms it was very poor.
The breakfast was the same every day; I wouldn't mind that if it was good ...but it wasn't. Overcooked scrambled and fried eggs, some kind of imitation bacon and an 'orange juice' that tasted like undiluted cordial. There was a selection of other hot and cold items but all very forgettable.
A final note about the cleanliness - to be fair, it was very good both in the rooms and other areas. What we didn't like was the fact that all the towels were changed every day - excessive by any measure and not environmentally friendly.
No recycling facilities whatsoever.
