The location is good.
Staff were all excellent.
Although the hotel is small, the spa facilities are very good.
Breakfast is also good. If you want a proper omelette or fried eggs (instead of the not very nice buffet scrambled eggs), just ask the staff.
It is a pity you can only use the spa facilities once during your stay (hence not rating the hotel higher as that was not clear when I booked).

I loved the view, everything was exceptionally clean. Very accommodating. The staff were absolutely kind and incredible. I would stay here again for the location (between the arc de triumph and the eiffel tower), the staff (incredibly kind and even helped me put on a bracelet), and the place (gorgeous and clean, heated bathroom floors).
The furniture on the balcony could be a bit cleaner. To use the pool and spa, you had to reserve time ahead.
