Secluded lication in nature.
Some lighting in the parking area would be nice if you have to go to your car at night.

Everything was good and clean. The room was clean and everything showed quality.
Best was the swimming pool.
The dinner was excellent 👌🏼
Once we arrived, they asked us a "deposit" of 50€. They told that it will be refunded automatically. After 3 days we are still waiting for the refund and no answer from their part.

Convenient location close to motorway. We were grateful that the aircon was already on in our room given it was 36 degrees when we arrived.
The hotel is very dated, old and somewhat neglected. No kettle or any tea/coffee making facilities.
This really is a spa/rehab centre for the elderly and there is nothing wrong with that, we just felt out of place.
There is a great restaurant in Saubusse called Al Paso where we had dinner at a very reasonable price.
