Al Ain, Al Jimi area really is an Oasis town in a desert country. The property rooms were quite spacious.
Housekeeping was non-existent, or only operated on request. Difficult to tell - what is their Modus Operandi?

Lovely large apartment with nice view
Not enough furniture in the living room… for the money it was far too basic

Comfortable beds. Peaceful location on edge of Al Ain City. Swimming pool and table tennis were good.
Apartment needs updating, especially the bathrooms and kitchen. Kitchen not well equipped, missing plates and cups etc.
Cleaning could be improved.

Staff members were great and helpful. The place is closer to the main road. Parking was good. Outside food services were permitted to come in with ease.
Mattresses were too hard and my body became sore from sleeping on them. It was not clean. Showers started flooding we showered, water drainage system was not working well. Towels on the floor became wet. TV difficult to open, needed maintenance staff to come help. At some point AC in one of the bedrooms needed fixing . Dishes weren’t washed by the cleaning staff.
