Central location, great food, very clean and comfortable rooms. Swimming pool and various saunas were great for after skiing. The grizzly sports ski rental right under the hotel with very good prices and great quality gear. And the grizzly bar right next to the hotel was great for drinks for a relaxed apres ski evening.
Almost nothing, maybe just a one or two no-nonsense, direct talking employees that weren’t that friendly. But really just an exception to the rule:)

The spa is oaky - but with the many families staying at the hotel you loose the relaxing feeling. Maybe also drop the naked in the sauna requirement... many guests find that a challenge,

Hotel inside was neat and well organized, while outside (including spaces centimeters behind the window was purely maintained (rests of cigarettes etc.)
Location in walking distance from main ski lift cabin. A bit noisy area with heavy traffic on the contrary but you need to make your choice- either quiet or centre.
I do not like surprises, especially when it comes to costs. Parking inside the hotel is extra 10 Eur a day. Free hotel parking (no surveillance as far as I have is some 100- 200 meters walking across the street with quite heavy traffic).
Ski box is charged extra too.
