The staff went out of their way to assist us. The rooms were clean and above our expectations. I accidently left some medication behind in the bar fridge and they promptly notified me.
They helped with organising transport as well as a lovely boat trip we went on.

Great location within walking distance of the Blue Mosque, many nice restaurants, etc. Great view of the ocean, especially from rooftop dining area. Nice breakfast.
Guests do not receive a key to the door to the lobby, and you need to be "buzzed in" by the front desk staff to enter the lobby. When the front desk staff had to be away from the desk for 5-10 minutes one evening, we were not able to enter the hotel and go to our room until the desk clerk returned.

The location was nice
Unfriendly staff, specifically one of the receptionists. The bed was very uncomfortable and felt like we were sleeping on a rock. The pillows were also very uncomfortable. Overall, it's not a great hotel, and we will definitely not be staying here in the future.
