Very pleasant view, excellent restaurant, with very friendly service, convenient parking .
The non-functioning air conditioning, impossible to
get below 26 degrees. Staff explained that our room , contrary to others was still on old system. No alternative room was offered despite us explaining that we had specifically booked the hotel because of the ac.
Safe and tv didn’t work either , the former apparently also needing replacement, the latter requiring staff intervention.
Very mediocre breakfast despite friendly service .
No gesture made to apologise for the series of inconveniences.
