Even though quite a small city, Meissen is not an easy choice for parking and confy. This Schweizer haus meet the all needs. Perfect for family vacation. The dinner served by this gasthaus was extraordinary. Two staffs-Peggy and Lisa- was very proffessional and effective. Smoked salmon for the breakfast was excellent choice.

Good place near the porcelain museum and close to the center.
Nice historic house with a cute garden.

The windows of our room were oriented to the street, from where it was relatively noisy from the cars. Closed windows solved it.

Very helpful and friendly staff, good was great and rooms were very clean.
Very little, maybe tea and coffee making in the room would be good, but that’s a very minor thing.

Good breakfast, evening meal available was very
good. Good size room. Easy to find and not a far
walk into town. Younger staff friendly.
Arrived on a Sunday and as informed by Booking.
Com got there after 15:00 only to find they close
at 14:30. Lady who answered my phone call was
not very impressed. WiFi access not given.
Bed very uncomfortable.
