Awful unfortunately

We didn’t stay due to the condition of the room particularly the bathroom. The hotel had a distinct smell very off putting and the sealant around the bath was a mess

The condition of the room did not meet expectations. There were mouldy and dirty window frames, and the carpet had noticeable stains. The toilet was partially blocked and flooded during use, requiring multiple flushes before it would clear properly. Several lights in the room were not working, and there was an unusual odour throughout the room. The taps appeared dirty, and various fixtures and fittings showed significant wear and tear. In addition, the door lock was confusing to operate, which made accessing the room unnecessarily difficult.
