The hotel was completely as expected. Super close to the train station, you can see it from the front door. 5-10 minute walk to old town. The hotel has a flight of stairs from ground floor to reception so just be aware of that. Then a snug lift to the other floors from there. And by snug I mean just probably 1 person. The room was clean and tidy, the bathroom looked brand new. Breakfast was lovely and affordable. The staff were sweet. It is what it says it is and was a perfect and convenient base for us on this trip. Annecy itself is amazing and will be back as soon as we can.

The location was good. Very near to the old town
Clever use of cameras for photos as they make the hotel look better than it is. Our rooms were disappointing, dark and small, not like the ones in the photos. No tea or coffee making tray.
