Reception and restaurant staff very good.
Room comfortable.
Good facilities.
Fan provided ..... thankyou.
View from room was terrible......dirty back street.
Restaurant menu not to my particular liking.....poor choice. Fortunately it was a Sunday so had the roast dinner. Poor temperature of food except the gravy.
Cutlery knife was blunt.

Room was a small double but had a comfortable bed with quality bedding, had a small walk in shower, as requested. All toiletries supplied and towels. Good choice and quality of food for inclusive breakfast. We had an evening meal which was of high standard and value for money.Service was amazing from reception to restaurant staff. Shame this pub is not local to us as would be regular visitors.
Parking can be an issue as a free for all, but the hotel cannot do anything about it due to the location in centre town. Advise patrons get there early.
