Palm Garden Hotel, Putrajaya, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

Loved the big adult swimming pool & we had it to ourselves as they were nobody else.

The hotel offers a cheerful and welcoming including a gym and swimming pool, making it a great choice for both relaxation and family stays. Its location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby shopping complexes and other amenities. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. The food was delicious, with a good variety of choices and enjoyable flavours, making each meal a pleasant part of our stay.

Firstly, my room had a connecting door, and the door was quite thin, resulting in poor sound insulation. Unfortunately, the guests in the neighboring room were extremely loud, laughing and cheering for several hours. Secondly, the water in the children’s pool was a little cloudy, and I could feel quite a lot of sand on the bottom of the pool. When I booked the hotel, I mentioned that I was celebrating a birthday. Although the hotel stated that special arrangements were not guaranteed, I was still a little disappointed that there was no birthday setup or gesture. Lastly, the buffet at the restaurant downstairs could be improved. The salmon did not seem very fresh, and the clear noodle soup was rather bland. In my opinion, the hotel’s breakfast was much better than the dinner buffet.
