- Friendly staff
- Immaculate decor
- Comfortable, good sized room, very clean
- Beach club nicely done and easy to get to on the free rental bike (10mins very easy ride)
- Sunbed/Umbrellas: always available (the hotel has the ability to absorb a lot of guests without the pool or beach club feeling busy) and the staff at the pool/beach club were very attentive to setting up sunbed with towels and moving umbrellas as needed
- Doesn’t justify the price premium
- Feels like a Disneyland curated experience rather than a luxury hotel experience
- Food: average, don’t do the half-board dine around as you can’t get a table offsite, and book your tables at the hotel as soon as you get there not each night (they should tell you this on arrival!)
- Breakfast: it’s beautifully presented but it’s exactly the same everyday (gets boring after 3days) and don’t order the eggs unless you like them very overcooked
- Trip Advisor: very kind and welcoming on arrival. Totally reactive and acts on a request rather than a proactive partner that helps guide you to optimize your experience
- Smoking Policy: this confused me as I got the impression that there were strict designated smoking areas outside however people smoked freely by the pool, flicking their ash on the floor and putting their butts out on the ground by the pool
- Food/drink service by the pool: very slow and the online ordering system limited your drink options to the hotel’s recommendations rather than being able to order a drink of your choice

Hard to describe how perfect this place is. The property is beautiful, with arches overflowing with bourgainvillias and nature. We found the staff all incredibly warm, friendly and helpful.
Nicole was brilliant and looked after us during our stay. Lucia looked after us at lunch she brought joy to every meal.
There’s plenty of restaurants and activities to get into on site too, from beach front dining, poolside drinks and golf
Any issue we ran into the staff / team solved very quickly.
