Everything about the hotel is faultless. An area to be specially mentioned is customer service from start to finish. I have never seen a team of people so willing,helpful, professional and really outstanding. They are a credit to the brand and the management. But every single thing was fabulous,food,room,pools,location,sunbeds,cleanliness,
There is absolutely nothing to criticize or even improve. The worst thing that happened was a kiwi fruit slightly unripe!

The staff!! Especially at the reception. Treated you like they knew you. The cleaners too always greeted one.
The rooms, the comfy bed and the big bathroom.
The beach restaurant is so romantic at night.
And being able to take long walks along the walkway past all the hotels along that stretch. Could also walk this way to get to restaurants.
The little shop for those forgotten extras.
Adult only so it was quiet.
The best hotel on that strip.

The resort was great!! The all inclusive package is good value and has everything you'd like on a vacation even limited access to the mini bar which was great for a night cap. Breakfast was robust and had a good variety, everything super clean and tidy. Dinner was also good and dining at one of the restaurants (elysium) on site was definitely a highlight of our trip. Entertainment was good, we enjoyed the rooftop bar the most. Poolside service is 10\10, quick and polite..
The spa was also a great experience, treatments were top notch and sauna facilities were excellent.
All was great but if I had to say a negative thing it would be the beer selection is lacking.
