Following kids for sports tournament

+ concept of the resort like semi-closed mini Greek village with no cars inside is beautiful and very convinient for kids that come to sports tournaments + next to pebbles beach + walkable distance to old city, 20mins walk

- bad organisation at reception, we waited for a long time for our reservations to be found - kids rooms were not cleaned, there were hair and rubbish all over the room and no sheets on the bed, that was fixed soon - resort was nice once, but now is quite dated, outside white walls are partly covered in black, wooden entry room doors are hard to close and are old - bed frames are very worn out - breakfast is moderatly good, same limited offering every day - what is declared to be 3* and 4* is at least 1* less - huge buildings and construction sites all over, leading to whole day long traffic jams in May (I wonder how must that look like in peak season) and there is litter in surroundings - overall, I feel it was not good value for money (for us parents)

We had to walk a lot everywhere the complex is too big for us.

Breakfast was good variety.Location was very close to beach and walking distance to everywhere.

Too far to walk to our unit, from reception and restaurant,we walked a lot , but not good for ederly people no phone comunication from room to reception if we needed help with anything..

I loved how close the beach was and the room was super clean and tidy.

The breakfast could have been better. The milk was sour when I tasted it.

Worst.Beach.Hotel.Experience.Ever

- Wifi QR code on the desk! Bfast: coffee and the food (bread, egg, sausage, veggies, sweeties) Anything beyond this getting worse and worse.

BRAVE TRAVELER ! Read this before you decide to stay here. TL;DR : Do not choose if you wish to rest. I need to shorten my review here as it do not fit here. Find the whole story on Trip-Ad or GoogIe. Reception: - Check-in time is 1PM sharp; 100 ppl queuing like cows as, arrive later than 2PM if you still brave. - Hotel staff the most rude, arrogant and lazy ones - Need to leave your passport exchange to room key - They have absolutely no idea what is going with some bookings as they everything is accounted on PAPER. Breakfast: Crowded. COVID-19. No free table. Boring food Room: - not matching room with booking; - LOUD music from 10PM until 1 AM - LOUD cleaning service from 7AM - cannot have any rest - no bed sheet change - DIRTY and most certainly infectious AC Pools: Hotel staff plays dirty for their own good. they place their 'own' towels so you need to pay for a place to lay down, but its not hotel rule. etc.. Nope, we are not returning to this hotel anytime to give another chance, sadly. Hotel only has excuses for everything, but they actually do not care about you only your money. Would be 0-star if there would be an option. Worst.Beach.Hotel.Experience.Ever

HORRIBLE

DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL! Absolutly nothing was good with this hotel.

The staff service was terrible. Rude, nonchalant, late with check-in, arguing with each other and not caring about guests. It was unclean, insects in the rooms and loose electrical cords in the bathroom. You couldn't sit on the balcony because there was mold everywhere. The breakfast was bad, the coffee disgusting and leftovers from dinner were served. Nothing about the hotel was worth the money, you feel cheated. Book any other hotel in Budva, but DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!

We expected better.

I liked place, the buildings, and the gardens.

The check-in times and the lunch times didn't correspond with each other. The check-in time was too late, and the check-out timd was too early, it wasn't even 24h. The luggage service workers took us to the wrong room once.

in general good

location, near to the sea.

first of all not good connection with internet, the air conditioner was not working properly. The room we had, was near a bar which was every night loud music, we could barely sleep.

reception was 1 or 2 persons for hundreds of ppl had to que sometimes 10-20 minutes … they only one terminal for card payment…

Good location only a few metres away from the beach. Houses in a nice park. An independent village in town
