Very handy for beach, supply of parasols and beach gear in foyer you could borrow. Gave us fresh towels when requested. Nice side view of beach

The view , the location, the big size of the room the balcony, the washing machine at the entrance, the spare umbrellas .
The bathroom needs renovation, there was a bad smell from the beginning. The kitchen was not clean properly. There's no reception 24hours it is more like Airbnb.

Mi è piaciuto che l'appartamento era abbastanza ampio, con arredamento moderno e recente. Buone camere da letto e posizione comoda per andare in spiaggia.
Il personale, Lefteris, è stato comunque disponibile all'arrivo e molto cordiale.
L'appartamento era in un piano interrato, senza condizionatore era invivibile dato che c'erano delle finestre ma era impossibile tenerle aperte per creare un circolo d'aria. Essendo interrato e in mezzo ad altri palazzi questa proprio non passava.
Purtroppo non ci siamo trovati bene con la pulizia. L'appartamento è stato consegnato un po' all'ultimo minuto (non rispetto all'orario di check-in ma all'orario di arrivo che avevamo comunicato), quindi non so se le pulizie sono state fatte di fretta o meno, ma già dai primi passi fatti abbiamo trovato capelli ovunque (persino in frigorifero). La nota più dolente tuttavia rimane il bagno: lo scolo dell'acqua situato sul pavimento tendeva a buttare fuori acqua quando questa si accumulava nel lavandino o nella doccia. Risultato, odore di fogna e sporco che si stagnava sul pavimento: avendo due bambini piccoli ero abbastanza a disagio con questo.
Non è presente un parcheggio, questo era comunque noto dall'annuncio, ma il problema è che una volta arrivati non siamo più andati via. Il motivo è stato semplicemente che per trovarlo, proprio anche davanti alla struttura, abbiamo girato più di mezz'ora per le strade trafficate di Rethymno. Essendo la prima volta in questa città non sapevamo fosse così caotica, e la paura proprio di non trovare posto se non molto distante dall'appartamento ha fatto si che non ci siamo mossi per 3 giorni.
