Great communication from Gary on arrival day. Loved the 'extra' touches in the room-chocolates, oranges for fresh juice, binoculars etc. Everything was very well considered and the room was finished off with everything you'd need. Very comfortable and a great location with views of the bay.
Television reception-limited. External areas of building need a revamp.

Everything superb and with good quality finishings and special extras.
Not that it was a problem but I felt the ethanol atmospheric thingy was superfluous for us and just took up space.
