Umberto was very thorough and friendly. Helpful with check in. A great member of the team. The room was on the ground floor but I requested over a room on the 3rd floor which was also offered. This was due to a knee issue as no lift. Room was clean , double bed, bathroom en suite. All fine for my 1 night stay. Air conditioning worked well as it is June and started to be hot in Sevilla.
Nothing was negative. I suppose it could be some noise as it is ground floor near the entrance but I had no noise.

This location is near Plaza de Armas ( ALSA bus ) , 5-7 mns walk, 12 -15ms waln to Cathedral and other top attractions.
Very nice small but up-to- date bathrooms.
If you are a big guy like me it is worth exploring options for bigger shower rooms before booking. I have a wife that is very nice and we managed but if I had been alone I would have not showered , stayed 5 nights.
Otherwise all good.

Location was great.
The room was small and dirty, there were used and dirty tissues on the floor under the bed since I arrived and until I left. The bedsheets had hairs like someone had slept in the bed before me too. I asked for room cleaning everyday, yet they only sloppily made the bed.
