Clean, spacious rooms, equipped with all the essential amenities for a short or extended stay. Excellent location off Damascus road but still relatively quiet. Underground parking is a huge advantage. Very friendly staff and room services. The fact that there are no carpets covering the floor enhances cleanliness and is a blessing for people with dust allergies.
Bathrooms are tiny and a small trash bin in the room in addition to the ones in the bathroom would be very useful.

Ability to get food at the bakery just accross the street and a frig in the room to store the food in.
April 2026: I wanted to update my review to reflect that after returning home my husband realized a hard drove on which he stored all of the pictures from our trip was missing and he really did not know where it had been misplaced. After a bit of time Smallville Express reached out to let me know a hard drive had been found in the room. I was extremely appreciative for this extra level of service.
Staff could have been more welcoming and helpful.
