The room was beautiful, with a central Old Town Kotor location. It was let down by the facilities.
Our room “Vita” seemed to have the hotel plumbing running on the other side of the walls so we were woken up throughout the night. Also the cleaner’s room was directly next to ours and therefore we were woken up at 6.20 when he arrived - in advance of the bells chiming each morning at 7am. The towels were frayed and looked like they had seen better days and could do with some new ones. Missed out on a room service on the first day, and only had half a service on the second. Be careful not lose your car park card.

Perfect location in city, great style
Restaurant on street outside has live music till late (11/12)- may bother some people.

A/c worked well. Large room. Quiet if too faced back of hotel despite being in boisterous old town. Staff helpful for booking long distance taxi.
It is an old property needing improvements: in our room part of wood floor was torn up; they gave us old thin, thread bare towels until we complained: I had to ask for a box of tissues 3 times and was initially told that clients used toilet tissue instead; attitude generally unwelcoming- had notebook in room with list of everything in room and cost to client if anything was damaged; breakfast included but quite limited- restricted to one hot drink, same limited choices daily.; throw rugs and other items in room warm out.
