Fantastic people, location, sea, renovated rooms, a lot of soace on the beach, nice activities.
Add one more egg omlet guy, add one more coffee machine, put coffee regularly in the machine, often in mornings I could not get coffee.

الغرف الجديدة رائعة الفندق هادى و جميل لكن الغرف ناحية الاكوا والبحر كان فيها تجديدات و مبانى و غرف قديمة
الاكل ممتاز و استاف شيفات محترم جدا
يستاهل تقييم 9 لكن الغرف ماكانتش بول فيو زى المطلوب بسبب انى طلبت غرفتين جداد و جمب بعض كانو فيو بالجمب مايعتبرش بول فيو
الفندق تحت التجديد الريسيبشن قديم الى حد ما لكنه نضيف
مطعم الشاطئ و المطعم الاسيوى حلوين و فرن البيتزا روعة
قابلنا برص او اتنين ناحية الاكوا فى الجزء القديم
المجمل الفندق جميل و هادى
الڤيو لم يكن بول فيو صريح مثل الحجز لكنها مميزة بالقرب من الريسيبشن و المطعم
انيميشن تيم ضعيف فى الحفلات كان فيه حفلة واحدة كبيرة يوم جمعة قصاد الريسيبشن

The staff and management are doing a fantastic job. Very well trained, very hospitable and made me feel totally relaxed and welcome from the beginning to end of the trip. The resort is beautiful and the food is fabulous - I wanted to eat mainly Egyptian food and the range and quality of Egyptian dishes was exceptional and I could eat all my favourites over the week. There are also plenty of options for international guests who want to enjoy more familiar options from their home countries. A particular shout out to Mr Gamal who did an excellent job with the housekeeping in my room - he was very polite and he works very hard, please pass on this recognition and my thanks and sincere appreciation for his effort. I look forward to returning to this resort in the future and I wish the establishment and all its staff continued success!
I think the only main point to improve would be the wifi quality and speed although this problem is negated if you have an e-sim and don’t need to depend on the wifi. This was therefore not really a problem for me and didn’t disrupt the enjoyment of my stay, however it would be good to improve this further for guests who don’t have an e-sim and would like to enjoy fast and reliable wifi - and perhaps to help attract some digital nomads for extended stays.

The staff members were friendly and hard working. The property was great as well, with lots to do. Loved the room as well. We went there for our anniversary and the staff arranged a special room decoration for us which was really nice. Also loved that there were shops where we could buy local products. We also got a phone call from the management team asking us for feedback during our stay and they took our suggestions seriously, which we really appreciated.
Cleanliness in some instances (i.e. cutlery at the restaurant, glasses); and the drinks weren't as chilled as we'd liked them to be at the pool/beach bars.
